Four engineers who've stood in front of running reactors.
Twynvex is a four-person team. Everyone here carries direct experience from continuous-process facilities or OT integration work — not just research settings. When we build a feature for distillation column monitoring, someone on the team has stood at a reboiler and understood why the column was misbehaving.
Chemical engineering background with eight years in specialty chemical manufacturing. Previously ran process improvement for a 6-unit distillation train in central Pennsylvania before co-founding Twynvex.
PhD in process systems engineering from Carnegie Mellon. Her dissertation focused on state estimation under measurement uncertainty for continuous bioprocesses. Leads the twin engine development at Twynvex.
Fifteen years working on DCS and SCADA integration projects across petrochemical and food processing facilities. Expert in OPC-UA, Modbus, and OSIsoft PI deployments. He sets up the data connectors for every pilot deployment.
Background in numerical methods and ODE solvers from a computational chemistry postdoc. Implements the Kalman filter state estimation, Monte Carlo ensemble generation, and adaptive step-size control for the twin engine.
We're a small team. We don't post job boards.
If you have a process engineering background — DCS integration, numerical simulation, or chemical plant operations — and you find this problem interesting, write to us. We don't have open roles most of the time, but we talk to engineers who understand the plant floor.
