Technical scoping call
We review your process configuration — which unit operations, what sensor coverage, what historian you're running. 45–60 minutes, no demo slides.

Feasibility assessment
We tell you honestly: which unit operations can be modeled with your current sensor density, what the first alert would likely be, and what we'd need from your DCS team.

Pilot proposal
If it's a fit: a one-page pilot scope, timeline, and cost. No bloated SOW. We target first live prediction in week 4.
